When my Doctor told me I needed to lose weight, I felt frustrated and lost.

I was already eating a "healthy" diet, but my weight was slowly increasing.

I decided that the conventional thinking about "diet" was wrong; that restricting what I ate was both unrealistic and unsatisfying.

Over the next 3 years, I developed  "The Hamburger Diet".
